  Welcome to Activity 1.1   Topic 1 of the Global Food Systems and Health Module :  The introductory quiz was amazing, I tried so hard through guess work I got 6/10 correct. I had very little understanding of global statistic on this topic. This is an eye-opener. What is a food system ?
